33 year old female who wanted fuller and more perky breasts. She did not want breast implants. We performed a breast lift procedure called vertical mammoplasty. In a special technique Dr. Azar performes, he used her own breast tissue to create the fullness on the top of the breast like an implant but without using one. Her scars still have 6 months to go for healing but since our patient had to move out of state, these are the last photos taken. She is very happy with her new perky breasts and feels her clothes fit better.
