This 65 year old female came to the office with complaints of old/prior implants becoming hard and painful. As you can see, the implants have 'contracted' over time causing them to harden and rise. She wanted 'softer, natural looking breasts' again and requested a removal and replacement of her silicone implants. The exchange took place under the breast (inframammary), and behind her chest muscle (submuscular). Allergan silicone implants of 371cc's were chosen and the end result looks very natural. The patient was very happy to be pain free and able to wear low cut tops that used to reveal the old hardened implants.
