Good.is recently posted this very informative infographic about breasts. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, just under 300,000 breast implants were issued to patients in 2010. That’s up 2 percent during the last year and 39 percent over the last decade. As far as other breast related surgeries go, 90,000 people had breasts lifts performed while almost 83,000 people had breast reduction surgery. Breast implant removals are down 47% over the last 10 years but that still didn’t stop more than 20,000 people from having their implants removed in 2010.
