Dr. Azar applies Voluma XC strategically to improve your facial contour and diminish nasolabial folds. The number of syringes needed will be determined between Dr. Azar and yourself during the consultation. In general it is best to do “full correction” at the first treatment. However, it is easy and routine to add more syringes later if you or Dr. Azar feel you need more to achieve the best result. You may also choose to add some JUVEDERM to the folds even after the VOLUMA treatment for maximum correction. Although it's likely you'll get excellent results with VOLUMA XC injections alone, patients often choose to combine the treatment with procedures such as eyelid surgery for a complete refreshed look.
